Once you have registered on this site, please pay your delegate fee directly to Henan University following the instructions below.
Should you have any questions about the registration process, there are detailed instructions in the FAQ.
Once your registration form is submitted, you will receive an email from noreply@evessio.com to confirm that your registration is "Pending".
The email will have your order reference number when you book, this will start with NPS46_ _ _ _ , and this should be noted in your registration payment.

Note: Please make a note when you book. The note should start with registration order number NPS46_XXXX__, which will appear on your registration confirmation email.
Please keep the screenshot of your payment containing the transaction number, and save this in case there are any issues with matching your payment to your registration.

Refund policy
Once the registration fee is paid, it will not be refunded and a ticket for the symposium will be issued. If the named delegate is unable to attend, they can transfer their registration to a colleague by contacting Henan University at least 1 week prior to the symposium.
